This delegation is designed exclusively for women leading Ukrainian IT and AI companies ready to enter or expand in the German market. Over five intensive days you meet enterprise buyers, strategic partners, and investors — through structured B2B meetings, product demos, and the Deutsch-Ukrainisches Wirtschaftsforum.

Organised by GIZ Ukraine and Kyiv IT Cluster with full matchmaking and logistics support. Accommodation, meals, and local transport in Berlin are covered — participants cover only their travel to and from Germany.

Who can apply

Eligibility criteria

Open exclusively to women in C-level positions at Ukrainian IT and AI companies. All criteria must be met — applications that do not satisfy each condition will not proceed to selection.

Women-led company

The attending representative is a woman holding a C-level position (CEO, CTO, COO, CFO, CPO, or Founder)

Ukrainian registration

Company is officially registered in Ukraine with 51%+ Ukrainian ownership

Sanctions-free

Company, owners, and management are not on any sanctions lists

No bankruptcy or tax debts

No active bankruptcy proceedings or outstanding tax obligations

4

Non-occupied territory

Company operates from non-occupied territory of Ukraine

5

English-language presence

Company has a website or materials in English or German

6

C-level representative

The attending person is authorised to conduct business negotiations

7

Fluent business English

Meetings run in English — no interpreter is provided

Participant pays independently

The only cost borne by the participant is travel to Germany and back. Accommodation, meals, and all local transport in Berlin are arranged and covered by the program.
